Swap to USDC

Swap to USDC is a feature in the 8lends account interface that lets users exchange 8LNDS for USDC. The trade is routed through the Uniswap V2 pool on Base, so there is no need to import the token into MetaMask or use the Uniswap interface separately. The exchange rate and fees are the same as trading directly on Uniswap.
