Slippage

Slippage is the difference between the expected price and the actual execution price of a trade on a DEX. It defines the maximum acceptable price deviation when a transaction is executed. For low-liquidity pools, the recommended slippage tolerance is 0.5–1.0%. Larger trades may require a higher tolerance, but this also increases the risk of front-running.
