Article 61 MiCA

Article 61 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 is the MiCA provision covering reverse solicitation. It allows EU clients to voluntarily use services provided by companies outside the EU without those companies holding a CASP license. This applies only if the provider does not actively market or promote its services to EU clients. This provision forms the legal basis for European investors' access to 8lends.
