Enforcement

Enforcement is the legal debt recovery process initiated by Maclear AG as the Collateral Agent after a borrower defaults. It includes taking control of the collateral, selling the pledged assets, and distributing the proceeds among investors in proportion to their investment. Enforcement begins only after all soft collection methods have been exhausted.
