FSA (Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines)

The FSA (Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines) is the regulator of Alpha Systems LLC. Under the Virtual Asset Business Act 2022, it issues VASP registrations, monitors compliance with AML/CFT requirements, and maintains a public register of licensed VASPs. Alpha Systems LLC is required to maintain a statutory deposit with the FSA equal to EC$100,000 or 25% of its client liabilities, whichever is higher.
