APR is the annual interest rate on a loan, expressed as a percentage of the principal amount. On 8lends, the APR shown on each project page is a fixed rate paid by the borrower and earned by the investor over the loan term. The APR on 8lends ranges from 19% to 25% per year in USDC and remains fixed after the investment is made.
