Collateral

Collateral is the real-world assets a borrower pledges to secure a loan on 8lends. These may include equipment, inventory, real estate, and accounts receivable. The collateral is verified and assessed by the Maclear AG team before the project is listed. If the borrower defaults, the collateral is sold, and the proceeds are distributed among investors in proportion to their investment.
