FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority)

FINMA is Switzerland's primary financial regulator. It does not directly supervise Maclear AG but approves and oversees the self-regulatory organization (SRO) system under which PolyReg operates, including Maclear AG as a member of that SRO.
