Secondary Market

The Secondary Market is 8lends' marketplace where investors can sell active investment positions before the loan reaches maturity. This allows investors to exit early if their plans change. The buyer receives all future payments from the project. The seller pays a 10% commission, while the buyer pays no fees. Only full positions in the Funded stage can be sold. Investors who purchase a position on the Secondary Market do not receive the Proof of Loan bonus—the 8LNDS tokens remain with the original investor.
