Credit Rating (AAA–CCC)

Credit Rating is the borrower's credit score assigned by Maclear AG based on financial metrics, qualitative factors, and debt coverage analysis. On 8lends, ratings range from AAA (lowest risk) to CCC (highest acceptable risk). Companies rated CC, C, or D are not accepted on the platform. The rating also affects the interest rate: higher-rated projects typically offer lower rates, while lower-rated projects offer higher rates.
