Custom Pool

A Custom Pool is a dedicated investment pool for corporate investors with a minimum investment of 100,000 USDC. It is created by the 8lends team for a specific open project on the platform. The APR starts at 19% per year, with higher rates available for larger investments by individual agreement. Each transaction is handled through a dedicated account manager. All other business terms, including the collateral type, loan term, Buyback, and Collateral Agent, remain the same.
